Welcome to TopperRank. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”, “Agreement”) are a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and TopperRank (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, mobile apps, content, learning materials, programs, assessments and any digital products (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these T&C.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

Definitions

• Services: All offerings provided by TopperRank including online courses, assessments, training modules, programs, digital content, coaching, mentoring, and any associated interactive features.

• User: Any person accessing the website, enrolling in programs, submitting data, or interacting with TopperRank.

• Content: All educational materials, videos, text, images, test questions, assessments, audio, and downloadable content provided by TopperRank.
  

Eligibility

• You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

• If you are under 18, you must access and use our Services only with parental consent, and your parent/legal guardian must agree to these T&C on your behalf.
  

User Accounts

• Users may need to create an account to use certain Services.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account.

• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
  

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use Services for illegal purposes.

Payment & Billing

• All fees, charges, and payment terms will be displayed during checkout.

• By paying for a program/course, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

• You agree to pay all amounts due on time.

Content Ownership

• All Content is the intellectual property of TopperRank or licensed to us.

• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only.

• You may NOT:

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Alter

  • Create derivative works

Violations may lead to civil and criminal penalties.

User Content

• If you submit any reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant TopperRank a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

• We do not guarantee removal of your content after submission — check our Privacy Policy.
  

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TopperRank and its partners, employees, affiliates will NOT be liable for:

  • Loss of income

  • Loss of data

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Third-party claims

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TopperRank and its representatives from:

• Any claims, liabilities, damages

• Losses arising from your use of Services

• Breach of these T&C
  

Privacy & Data Protection

Use of personal data will be governed by our Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws, including Indian IT Rules and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Your continued use means you accept the Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in India.

• Arbitration will be final and binding.

You waive any right to trial by jury or class action.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

• Nothing in these T&C guarantees:

  • Job placement

  • Internships

  • Career success

  • Financial gain

Any statements are indicative outcomes, not contractual promises.

Third-Party Services

• We may integrate with external sites (payment gateways, cloud services).

• We are not responsible for 3rd party policies or actions.
  

Modification of Terms

We may update these T&C at any time.
We will notify you of changes via email or site notification.

Continued use after changes = acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these terms

• You misuse the site

• You harm the platform or others

• Legal reasons

No obligation to refund after termination unless specified in the Refund Policy.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
